Summary

Small changes afterwards for the Wetterdienst Connector and docs improvement.

Both Wetterdienst Nodes and the WetterdienstConnection now have a fixed url "https://opendata.dwd.de". The url is not actually used, requests are handled via the wetterdienst package. So it's not really a breaking change.
